Sam founded Evergreen Development Group in 2005. Prior to developing Evergreen, Sam spent more than 25 years in real estate sales, marketing, and development in the Northwest. As an agent, Sam sold over $1 billion in residential real estate and co-developed over $1.2 Billion of for sale single and multifamily product.
Sam had a vision of building much-needed housing in underdeveloped communities. He operated with vision, purpose, honesty, and integrity. Those founding principles continue to guide Evergreen today.

Colleen Gottlieb
Colleen founded Evergreen Housing Development Group in 2005 with her husband, Sam Gottlieb. Prior to founding Evergreen, Colleen worked in real estate sales and marketing in the Northwest. As Co-Founder and CEO of Evergreen Housing Development Group, Colleen is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the company's operations and is focused on the strategic direction of the company. Colleen has an unwavering commitment to building high-quality housing while creating inspirational communities where people want to live and are proud to call home.

Andrew Brand
Andrew is responsible for development operations and execution including site acquisition, entitlement, permitting, finance coordination, marketing and leasing. Andrew analyzes the big picture and focuses the many components down into an actionable work plan and successful project. His broad expertise in real estate development, urban planning, construction and marketing bolster the foundation of Evergreen’s business strategies. Andrew earned a Master’s in Urban Planning from the University of Washington where he concentrated his studies in real estate and has a B.A. from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.

Ken Odermatt
Ken provides a unique financial perspective to the Evergreen team. As Chief Financial Officer, Ken is responsible for tax planning, consulting, and compliance services, the formulation and implementation of the company’s investment strategies, and overseeing the company's financial performance and investments. A native of Savannah, Georgia, Ken attended the University of Georgia, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, then went on to Georgia Southern University, where he earned a Master of Taxation. Ken received his CPA license in 2009.

Hans Christiansen
Hans brings a special focus on detailed site planning and design. He is responsible for management of planning, design and entitlement and lends his expertise to project feasibility, due diligence, entitlement, and permitting of new projects. Having experience with projects ranging from multi-family to big box; single-family to commercial, he brings a valuable breadth of project experience and knowledge to Evergreen. His strong understanding of land use process, technical design, permitting, and construction serves to add value to Evergreen's projects. Hans earned a bachelor’s degree in Community & Environmental Planning with a focus on Urban Planning from the University of Washington. He has also earned certificates in Project Management and Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington School of Professional & Continuing Education.

Priscilla Christianto
Priscilla brings more than 25 years of multifamily housing experience to Evergreen, where she oversees operations and drives efficiency across all aspects of the company. As Asset Manager for Evergreen’s multifamily portfolio, she works closely with the property operations team to optimize property performance and maintain asset quality. Before joining Evergreen, Priscilla served with ConAm Management Corporation in San Diego. Over the course of her career, she has contributed to the development and construction of more than 20 multifamily communities and numerous acquisition–rehabilitation projects. Her expertise spans project administration, job costing, marketing, and overall business operations, making her a key contributor to Evergreen’s continued growth and success.

As Vice President of Real Estate Development, Tess focuses on building lasting relationships with brokers, owners, and developers to help grow Evergreen’s portfolio of apartment communities. With more than ten years of experience in multifamily, mixed-use, and resort projects across Hawaii, Washington, Idaho, New York, and California, she brings a deep understanding of every stage of development. Tess is passionate about discovering new opportunities and finding creative ways to bring great housing projects to life. She holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Communications and Political Science from Gonzaga University.
